Direkt im Zentrum von Wiehl liegt unsere neu renovierte, modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung "Sonnenplätzchen". Dort steht Ihnen eine große Dachterrasse (~20 m²) zur Verfügung. Die gemütliche Sitzecke mit Sonnenschirm, Außen-Stromanschluss für einen Elektrogrill und schönen Balkonpflanzen für sommerliches Flair lädt unsere Gäste ein, den traumhaften Blick über Wiehl in das umliegende oberbergische Land zu genießen.

Unsere Ferienwohnung "Sonnenplätzchen" liegt fußläufig zum Wiehler Zentrum mit zahlreichen Geschäften und Restaurants. Zum Weiherplatz mit Supermarkt, Bäcker, Metzger und Bio-Laden sind es zu Fuß nur drei Minuten / 300m.

Im 49m² großen 1½ Zimmer Appartement erwartet unsere Gäste ein frisch saniertes Tageslichtbad mit Walk-In Dusche. Zusätzlich steht ein Abstellraum mit Waschmaschine und Platz für Koffer und Einkäufe zur Verfügung. Der große, helle Wohnbereich ist ausgestattet mit Esstisch und Stühlen, einem gemütlichen Sofa, schwenkbarem TV mit Ambilight-Technik. Magenta TV und Highspeed Internet runden das Multi-Media Angebot ab. Die voll ausgestatteten Küche ist in den Wohnbereich integriert. Das Schlafzimmer mit 160x200cm Bett und hochwertiger Matratze bietet Blick auf die umliegenden Hügel des oberbergischen Landes.

Der Zugang für unsere Gäste erfolgt entweder kontaktlos über einen Schlüsselsafe am Eingang oder wir vereinbaren einen persönlichen Check-In Termin an der Wohnung. Die Wohnung steht am Anreisetag ab 17 Uhr für Sie bereit und ist am Abreisetag bis 11 Uhr wieder frei zu machen (Uhrzeiten können nach Absprache auch individuell vereinbart werden).
