Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM.
Early check-in from 1:00 PM can be booked for an additional fee, except in July and August.
Please note: The barrier access card is automatically deactivated at 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Check-out is until 10:00 AM.
Late check-out can be booked on site at the park for an additional fee, subject to availability.
Please remember the following before departure:
* Leave the chalet broom-clean
* Strip the beds
* Dispose of trash
* Empty the dishwasher
* Close windows and doors
* Turn off the lights
* Completely empty the refrigerator
For almost all Sonnenplätzchen chalets, you will receive the keys at the lobby. All important information will be sent to you by email before arrival.
If you arrive outside opening hours, you will receive an additional email with the key box number and access code.
The key code is sent by email on the day of arrival – please also check your spam folder.
If you have not received the code by the time you arrive, please contact the park’s 24-hour hotline listed in your arrival information. Have your booking number ready.
Bed linen is provided as standard in all chalets.
Made-up beds and towels can be booked for an additional fee before arrival.
A small starter kit (e.g. dishwasher tabs, brush, a small amount of dish soap) is included in a welcome box.
There is no daily hotel-style housekeeping service.

Yes, high-speed internet is available. The Wi-Fi details can be found in the chalet.
All TVs are SMART TVs; however, you will need to bring your own streaming device from home (e.g. Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+).
Yes – up to two dogs are welcome in almost all Sonnenplätzchen chalets. 🐾
Important: Dogs are not allowed on beds or sofas.
A fee per night and per pet applies. Whether dogs are allowed is stated in the individual accommodation description.

No – final cleaning is already included in the price.
However, the chalet should be left tidy and broom-clean to avoid additional cleaning charges.
No. For hygiene reasons, only EuroParcs laundry sets and cleaning services are used.
No, payment on site is not possible. The full amount must be paid before arrival.
Accepted payment methods:

For bookings made less than 5 days before arrival, we recommend credit card or instant bank transfer to ensure timely payment and key handover.
f your booking was made within 5 days of arrival, payment is processed directly during the booking process; without payment, the booking is initially treated as a request.
For bookings made further in advance, you will receive the booking confirmation on the next business day.
The deposit secures your booking, for example against fake reservations.
If you cancel within the allowed period, the deposit will of course be refunded.

Die meisten Chalets verfügen über einen fest zugewiesenen Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Bitte nutze ausschließlich deinen Stellplatz. Manche Chalets nutzen die kostenlosen öffentlichen Parkplätze im Park – je nach Verfügbarkeit und ohne Reservierungsmöglichkeit.
Please inform the park reception and state your chalet number. Until the issue is resolved, you may temporarily park in the public parking areas.
Yes – please observe our quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
* All accommodations are non-smoking (smoking is only permitted on the balcony or terrace).
* Dogs are not allowed on sofas or beds.
* Corridors and pathways must be kept clear for fire safety reasons.
Please report the damage to the park reception and additionally by email to vermietung@sonnenplaetzchen.de, stating your chalet number.
Minor damages are usually not an issue; for more significant damage, we reserve the right to charge compensation.
